Prince County Hospital Foundation appreciates the support of groups and businesses in the community that sponsor events to raise funds for the Hospital. All requests and expressions of interests in sponsoring events on behalf of the Foundation should be communicated to the Prince County Hospital Foundation Office. Please complete the attached proposal form and submit to the Foundation office for consideration.

- Harry T. Holman Award Nomination Form
The Prince County Hospital Foundation is seeking nominations for the 2012 Harry T. Holman Award. This award is presented on an annual basis to a volunteer or a volunteer group who has made a significant contribution to Prince County Hospital and the people it serves.
Deadline to submit nominations is Thursday, April 19th at 4:30pm. Please return forms to the PCH Foundation office.
