Event Details:

The 31st annual Lights for Life presented by PEI Mutual Insurance Company is WEDNESDAY NIGHT (December 3) at Prince County Hospital! Just after 6 PM, people will start to arrive, and warm drinks and treats for the children will be on hand while the PCH staff choir entertains the crowd. Make sure to pick up your free Lights for Life keepsake book featuring all the dedications made this year.

At 6:30 pm, there is a short program to thank sponsors and announce the total funds raised for 2025. Then the magic truly begins! Enjoy a beautiful display of lights that covers the entire front of the hospital – all choreographed to music. The Island’s biggest light show is the longest we’ve ever had!

PARKING NOTES
There will be limited on-site parking for the elderly and those with accessibility needs. For the safety of the crowd, all other attendees are asked to park at the Superstore and Walmart and walk up Roy Boates Avenue to the event. Also, for crowd safety, please note that through-traffic will not be permitted during showtime (approx. 5 – 7:15 pm). Apart from attendees, visitors and staff, traffic will be redirected from MacEwen onto Key Avenue.

VISITORS AND STAFF
All staff and visitors arriving at PCH between 5:00 and 7 PM will be directed to the PCH staff parking lot on the west side of the building. Staff parked in front of PCH throughout the day are fine as long as you leave before 5:30 pm. Otherwise, please use the staff parking lot.

THANKS
Our deepest thanks to the thousands of people who support Lights for Life each year. Your gifts in honour and in memory of someone special truly bring these lights to life. It is your generosity that keeps your hospital equipped and ready to care for your friends and family.

Thank you to our on-site partners, Novus Auto Glass, for providing the apple cider.
